After receiving your request, we will arrange a short interview with you and depending on the fit and availability of rooms we will give you an answer and proceed with the required info to complete the weVLC experience.
weVLC is decentralized co-living spread around the city. Most of our locations are shared flats of 3-4 rooms. We also have a few studios and apartments, but always with the aim for people to participate actively in the community and events.
The commission is half a month rent. Next to that, we require 1 month of deposit. We genuinely wish to see a big smile on your face when you enter your new home for the first time, and we do our best to deliver top notch customer service.
Depends, at weVLC we are very open-minded and we like equilibrium so we try to have a balance between genders, but also about mindset. For us, your comfort is the most important, that's why we focus more on common interests and passions than genders…
Our leasing could be between 4-11 months, prices might vary depending on the time of your stay and moving in/out dates… in case you would like to stay longer than 12 months we could also make it work as long as you let us know with time.
